Santosh College of Teachers’ Training and Education (established in 2008, NAAC B+, NCTE-approved, and affiliated with Ranchi University & Jharkhand Academic Council), is committed to providing quality and inclusive teacher education, particularly to learners from tribal, rural, urban, and urban-fringe areas. Our academic initiatives integrate research, project work, skill development, effective internships, value-added courses, seminars, lecture series, and faculty development programmes. We promote experiential learning through tribal food festivals, folk-song documentation, legal literacy, mentoring, community engagement, and other innovative educational activities.
