This gives me immerse pleasure to join SCTTE for mutual development and in my opinion, this is the best platform to explore all my knowledge experience and skill for better progress of the college. Education is not only about acquiring knowledge and facts but also of values which help us improve the different facet of mankind. We in Santosh College of Teacher’s Training and Education believe in shaping the personality of its students into a healthy mind & body and a happy soul, who are not only equipped for academic excellence but also helping them to face the challenges of life in a balanced and harmonic way. The whole world is witnessing a paradoxical situation but the positive aspect of this pandemic is that it has given us the opportunity to enhance our skill & efficiency in accomplishing the tasks in improvised way. The genuine concern of an institution is to ensure student’s emotional growth along with intellectual excellence. This empowers them to develop their self-esteem, self-awareness, self confidence and all of the above self-reliance. We are preparing the future teacher well equipped with policies and guidelines of NEP 2020, that can turn them more progressive, flexible, multidisciplinary and technology & skill focused, therefore to make them more effective in pedagogy on foundation literacy and numeracy. We treasure dynamism and deem that one should be well prepared to adopt the global challenges, for this we have introduced a globally advanced curriculum well associated with all digital technologies. We are working both on mental & physical wellness and the college will definitely prove in due course of time that it is the best corridor for aspirant teachers in future.
